Papers submitted by e-mail will not be considered for review.

HOW TO SUBMIT ?

All contributions (1-page conference paper extended abstract) shall be submitted electronically via the link provided on the EUROEM 2012 web site. Please consult the symposium web site www.euroem.org for latest instructions, templates and sample formats.

Submission consists in :
                 - Filling the information form on the website (Title of the paper, Authors, Main contact, Proposed topic, Password, Alternate contact). Check the scientific topic of each TC at the end of this page.
                 - Uploading the document as a single PDF file.
                   The contact name will receive an e-mail back confirming his successful submission. Each submitted paper has an
                   ID number. Note also that the requested password must only contain alphanumeric characters.

CONFERENCE PAPER TEMPLATE
The submission template is available in Microsoft Word and PDF formats. It consists in a 1-page conference paper extented abstract.

For more detailed instructions take the "MSW_A4_format.doc" IEEE template available in Microsoft Word format.

Conference papers must be written in English and have a minimum of 250 words. It must adequately describe the objectives and results so that the quality, originality and completeness of the work can be evaluated.

The technical chairs and co-chairs may have to assign the paper to a more appropriate technical committee if required.

Papers not using the paper template will not be considered for review.

PUBLICATION OF THE CONFERENCE PAPER
The 1-page conference paper extented abstract will be included in the EUROEM 2012 Book of abstracts.

The Book of abstracts of EUROEM 2012 will be also be published on the IEEE Xplore. For this purpose the IEEE PDF eXpress will be used and the IEEE will have the copyright of the paper.

UWB-SP-10 BOOK
Contributions to the 11th Ultra-Wideband, Short-Pulse Electromagnetics Conference (UWB SP 11) are generally eligible for publication in the 10th edition of the Ultra-Wideband, Short-Pulse Electromagnetics (UWB SP 10) book. Based on the review of submitted abstracts, the UWB editorial board will select contributions to the UWB SP 10 book. Authors of selected abstracts will be directly contacted by the UWB editor-in-chief and informed about further details.

Please note : The UWB-SP-10 book is not the conference proceedings of EUROEM 2012 nor UWB SP 11 conference. Consequently they are not published in IEEE Xplore.

PAPER PRESENTATION DURING THE CONFERENCE
Each paper will require one full registration of one of its authors. References of papers to be presented will be requested in the registration form.
