Dear EUROEM2012 participant,
Unfortunately, we have to inform you that due to recurrent difficulties with the IEEE, it will not be possible to post the Book of Abstracts of the conference on IEEE Xplore, as we always thought it would be considering the Memorandum of Understanding that we signed.
Nevertheless, we want to commit ourselves with the promise we made you to have your papers publicly available on the Internet. Consequently, we have found the following solution: the version of the Book of Abstract we had specially prepared for IEEE Xplore is now posted and available on the SUMMA Foundation website (http://www.ece.unm.edu/summa/).

By the way, SUMMA has launched a larger operation for becoming the welcoming site of future and past AMEREM/EUROEM Boooks of Abtracts. So far, EUROEM-2008's Book of Abstract is already available for download as well.
As for all the Notes posted on the SUMMA Website and with respect to the policy applied by the SUMMA foundation, the Book of Abstracts will be available for download with no limitation of time, there will not be any copy or password protection and there is no restriction for you to use the material of your abstracts in any of your future papers.
We want to apologize for this inconvenience that we did not expect until the very last moment, and we hope that the solution we found will meet your expectations.
